Summit Corporate Center
Summit Corporate Center is Rowan County's premier industrial park and the ideal location for business and industry available at only $39,700 per acre. The Park consists of 612 acres located on Interstate 85 and Julian Road (exit 74) in Salisbury. Summit Corporate Center offers an excellent location bordered by Julian, Ritchie, Old Concord and Heilig Roads, and is sure to meet your every need.
Southmark Commercial Center
Southmark Commercial Center was established in 1988 and is available for $25,000 to $30,000 per acre. The park was satellite annexed into the city limits of Salisbury. This Center would be ideal for light manufacturing and distribution projects. The park is curbed and guttered with a portion of water, sewer, gas and phone service underground. There is some landscaping in place, with signage identifing the park entrance. The development is located on US 29/601, a four lane highway, and is approximately 1.5 miles east of Interstate 85.
Speedway Business Park

Whitney Industrial Park was established in 1989 and offers 175 acres of prime land for your business or industry. Lots feature a generally flat topography, with lots priced between $45,000 and $60,000 per acre. Whitney Industrial Park is located less than five miles from Interstate 85 off Exit 70 and is less than five miles from the Rowan County Airport. The Park is within an hour's drive of the Charlotte Douglas International and Piedmont Triad International airports.
Performance Technology Park
 Performance Technology Park is home to Toyota Racing Development and subdivides into 5 - 18 acre sites for sale at $45,000 per acre. It is located off I-85 on Peach Orchard Rd (exit 72); within 20 miles of I-40 and I-77, less than 5 miles from the Rowan Couny Airport.
